What People Are Saying:
“It’s partly impressive and partly plain fun! I enjoyed the trip to Africa, and you definitely get a sense of what it might be like to be on the road… I will definitely get the other two DVDs, this kind of work must be rewarded. I especially like your manly chest when you were buying those Svengali decks, Tim. Are you working out every day? 🙂
I must add to this excellent review that I can’t believe the amount of material – part from all the tricks – they put into this DVD. For example – if you want to know what is is like to be on tour, you can see the movie “hit the road” included. You get a good feel of what it’s like to be on the road. These are private home movies which have been edited together from the “24 years” tour. A unique insight and just plain fun. Thanks Tim and Sue-Anne.
Also, there is the loong promo video in where you get to see some great routines filmed in a great setting – here’s an inspiration if you want to do your own promo-video.
AND there’s lots more. I enjoyed a good five hours to watch through this three hour DVD.”

“All I can say is the Ellis & Webster DVD’s are awesome and well worth buying even if you did not find any material on the DVD usefull (which you will find plenty) the comedy style layout and presentation is great! Long live Elly May!!!!!!!”
– Michael Sullivan
“This offering is loaded with a ton of great material.”
– The Magic Cafe
“Elly’s explanations are excellent.”
– The Linking Ring
“Don’t miss the home movies from their lecture tours.”
– Genii Magazine
“These are practical methods for real world conditions.”
– Magic Seen
“er outstanding DVD from Tim Ellis and Sue-Anne Webster.”

“Tim Ellis clearly demonstrates that he is on a very short list of performers whose material is as much of interest to magicians as it is to their audiences.”
– My Lovely Assistant
“There is simply no better way of learning great magic. Tim and Sue-Anne do it perfectly and with class we don’t expect in magic DVDs. They outshine all other productions on the market. Thank you, Tim and Sue-Anne.”
– Inside Magic
“They say confession is good for the soul, so here goes. Most of the instructional magic videos I’ve ever seen – even some of the better ones – could be marketed to the general public as insomnia remedies. I’ve even jokingly considered a “snooze” rating for the videos I review – zero to five “Z’s” based on how fast it put me out. Sure, it’s interesting to watch and learn magic, but if you randomly took a DVD out of your library and popped it into a player for a friend after Sunday lunch, odds are pretty good that he’d be out cold before it was half over.
Unless it was one from Tim Ellis and Sue Anne Webster.
Granted, if you’re one of the hardcore sleight folks who salivate at advanced technical moves and have little use for energetic or theatrical types of presentations, then these probably won’t be your cup of tea. But if you are called upon to perform magic for actual human beings who want to be entertained, then these discs will provide you with excellent tools for doing that. Plus, you’ll be entertained yourself as you learn the material and marvel at their creative energy.”
– Joe M Turner, Genii Magazine
“But there’s more, you can also watch another section of live performances of the same material which is interesting for the audience reactions. You get a cheeky plan of action on how to get an agent to book you as well as live footage of them arriving at a corporate booking and giving professional tips on staff, introductions, sound, lighting, dressing rooms, getting the audience ready, etc. It’s tempting for magicians to start throwing everything onto the end of a DVD – I’ve even seen one who included footage of his children! The mass of bonus material here includes the lecture tour video diary as they travel across the USA, Europe and South Africa, excellent promotional videos of Ellis and Webster (a lesson in itself on making a showreel), press cuttings, other Ellis and Webster products and of course the obligatory out-takes! At over three hours of viewing there plenty to watch here and Tim and Sue-Anne are an engaging couple.”
